Refund Policy
1. Order Refunds, Credits & Reshipments
Refunds, store credits, and reshipments are available for up to 30 days from the date you receive your order, provided the request meets the specific conditions outlined below. Once your order has left our facilities, refunds will not be issued except under the following circumstances:
- Dispatch of incorrect products.
- Shipment of expired inventory.
- Compromised container seals (broken, damaged, or open). Please note that dented containers with properly sealed contents do not qualify.
- Non-receipt of the order or lack of tracking number update (applicable within 30 days for domestic orders in the USA, and within 45 days for international orders).
- Both opened and unopened products may be eligible, as long as they meet the conditions above.
In qualifying cases, Master Nutritional will, based on your preference:
Issue a full refund to your original payment method
Provide a store credit for the purchase amount
Reship the product at no additional charge
To initiate a request, you must email our refund department at refund@masternutritional.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the subject line "Refund", along with the following:
- Your name.
- Order number.
- Photographic evidence displaying incorrect SKUs/labels shipped and expiration date and lot number photos (located at the bottle's bottom) for a thorough investigation.
Once your request is received and reviewed, we’ll contact you with the next steps and a resolution timeline.
Note: Claims submitted more than 30 days after receipt of your order will not be accepted.
2. Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy is also valid for 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we are unable to process any exchange requests.
Both opened and unopened products may be eligible for exchange, as long as the following criteria are met:
Exchange Requirements
To qualify for an exchange, the following criteria must be met:
- The product is defective.
- The product is returned in its original packaging
- The product must be unused.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right to deny the exchange. Perishable goods are not eligible for return or exchange.
Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required to complete any exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Sale or clearance items are not eligible for exchange.

- Before sending any items back, please contact us for authorization. Once approved, returns can be mailed to:
1615 Lakes Pkwy, Suite C, Lawrenceville, GA 30043 - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Please ensure items are packaged securely. Products that arrive damaged or show excessive use may be denied exchange.
