Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office. These estimates apply to US addresses and encompass the time it takes for the package to travel from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your package via the USPS website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Our shipping coverage is currently limited to the US, so customs and import taxes are not applicable for our shipments.

Damages:

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not liable if any packages are lost or stolen once they have been confirmed delivered by USPS.
